What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Online payments (facilitated by SendOwl, our online store provider) via Stripe or PayPal. Most of the popular credit and debit cards are supported

2. Bank transfers, request an invoice at office@edifabric.com for banking details

3. Purchase orders (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and UK customers only). Please send a quote request to office@edifabric.com

NOTE: We DO NOT accept checks!

How will I receive my Enterprise product?

As soon as your order is completed, you'll receive an email with a serial key to immediately extend your trial and a purchase receipt.

Upon confirmation of your details, we will send you a second email with a download link for the full version of EdiFabric.

How will I receive my Subscription product?

As soon as your order is completed, you'll receive an email with a download link a serial key to immediately start using your product.

We will send you a purchase receipt and a link to manage your subscription.

Can I use my product after my Enterprise plan expires?
Yes, since the Enterprise plan comes with a perpetual license, you can continue using the last version of EdiFabric you obtained, even after the plan had expired.
Can I use my product after my Subscription plan expires?
No, your license is time-limited, and the serial key will expire 365 days after the date of purchase (at 00:00:00 UTC time).
How to renew my plan?
Everyone with an active Enterprise plan (a plan that hasn't expired) will receive several notification emails with instructions on how to renew their plan. Subscription plans are renewed automatically.
Why would I be interested in EDI Webpad?
EDI Webpad allows you to quickly visualize and validate your EDI files in the browser. You can also benefit from the powerful SEF converter and EDI specs documentation.
How will I receive my subscription to EDI Webpad?
Please contact us directly at office@edifabric.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Can I purchase a license as an individual?
Yes, but for subscription licenses only. Perpetual licenses are available solely for legal entities, and the email address in your order must be professional and not a public email address (e.g., from gmail.com) or a disposable email address.
What should I do if I haven't received a purchase receipt email?
Sometimes emails get blocked by spam filters. Please ensure that both our domains, edifabric.com and sendowl.com (our online store provider), are cleared in your firewall rules. If you are unable to locate the purchase email, please contact us at support@edifabric.com.
Can I use EdiFabric on more than one machine?
Yes, our license is account-owner unlimited, meaning that you can deploy our product to as many environments as you like, as long as you are the owner of these environments.
Can I get a refund?
No, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please ensure that your 14-days evaluation is successful or request an extension if you need more time.
Can I cancel my Subscription plan?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you do so, it will automatically expire at the end of the 1-year term and won't renew.
I lost my product, and my plan expired. Will you be able to recover it?
It depends. We strongly advise you to make a backup of your product immediately after the purchase because we only keep an archive of the last 5 product versions.
Can I redistribute EdiFabric's libraries with my application?
Yes. Please see the license agreement for all terms. There are no per-copy royalty fees.
