What payment methods do you accept?

Our products are delivered unlocked, therefore all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Online payments (facilitated by SendOwl, our online store provider) via Stripe or PayPal. Most of the popular credit and debit cards are supported

2. Bank transfers, request an invoice at office@edifabric.com for banking details

3. Purchase orders (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and UK customers only). Please send a quote request to office@edifabric.com

NOTE: We DO NOT accept checks!

How will I receive and download my purchased product?

As soon as your order is completed, you'll receive an email confirmation and a serial key to extend your trial. We will then ensure that we have sufficient information for the legal entity to which the license will be granted. To speed up this process, please use business emails and not public emails like gmail.com.

Upon confirmation of your details, we will send you a second email with a download link for the full version of EdiFabric and your full serial key. You will also receive a purchase receipt at the email address provided at checkout.

Can I get a refund?
No, our products are delivered unlocked; therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please ensure that your evaluation is successful or request an extension if you need more time.
What should I do if I haven't received a purchase receipt email?
Sometimes purchase emails get blocked by spam filters or redirected to junk email box. Please ensure that both domains - edifabric.com and sendowl.com (our online store provider) are allowed to receive emails from. If you are still unable to locate the purchase email, please contact us directly at support@edifabric.com.
Am I allowed to use my products after my plan expires?
Yes, since EdiFabric licenses are perpetual, you can continue using the products even after the plan expires. However, you will be using the last product version you had downloaded before your plan expired. If you wish to preserve your access to product updates (new features, EDI templates, and fixes) and dedicated incident support, you need to renew your plan.
Can I use EdiFabric on more than one machine?
Yes, our license is account-owner unlimited, meaning that you can deploy our product to as many environments as you like, as long as you are the owner of these environments.
How to renew my plan?
Everyone with an active plan (a plan that hasn't expired) can renew it with a 60% discount off his/her original plan. To do so, please contact us directly at support@edifabric.com.
I lost my product, and my plan expired. Will you be able to recover it?
We strongly advise you to make a backup of your product immediately after the purchase. We only keep an archive of the last 5 product versions; hence, depending on which version you downloaded last, we may or may not be able to recover it for you.
Can I redistribute EdiFabric's libraries with my application?
Yes. Please see the license agreement for all terms. There are no per-copy royalty fees.
