To upgrade from the trial, replace the trial serial key with your full one. You can continue using all trial files and examples with the full serial key. However, we recommend creating custom projects for your assemblies using the provided EDI templates.

Yes, since the Enterprise plan has a perpetual license, you can continue using the last version of EdiFabric you obtained even after the plan expires.

No, your license is time-limited, and the serial key will expire 365 days after the date of purchase (at 00:00:00 UTC time). All subscriptions made after April 20, 2023, are renewed automatically. However, all subscriptions made before that date must be manually renewed by buying a new one from the pricing page.

Everyone with an active plan (a plan that has yet to expire) will receive several notification emails with instructions on how to renew their plan. The Subscription plan can be renewed by repurchasing it for another year for all plans purchased before April 20, 2023. All Subscription plans purchased on or after that date will be renewed automatically, subject to having sufficient funds in the payment method we have on record. The Enterprise plan comes with a perpetual license so that you can use the product forever and includes continued support, product updates, a subscription to EdiNation, and can be optionally renewed. All renewal prices include Standard support only.

EdiNation allows you to visualize and quickly validate your EDI files in the browser. You can also benefit from the powerful SEF converter and EDI specs documentation.

You will be automatically subscribed to EdiNation, and your API key is your serial key for EdiFabric. If you wish to use EdiNation InHouse, request it at support@edifabric.com.

Yes, but for subscription licenses only. Perpetual licenses are available solely for legal entities that are not one-person consultancies. The order's email address must be professional, not public (e.g., from gmail.com) or disposable.

Sometimes emails get blocked by spam filters. Please ensure that your firewall rules have cleared both our domains, edifabric.com and sendowl.com (our online store provider). If you are unable to locate the purchase email, please contact us at support@edifabric.com.

Yes, our license is account-owner unlimited, meaning that you can deploy our product to as many environments as you like as long as you own these environments. However, if you wish to distribute EdiFabric outside your environments, it must be part of your larger product, and no files or serial keys are accessible independently of your product.

We recommend that your 14-day evaluation is successful or request an extension if you need more time before purchasing. Any refund request shall be at the sole discretion of EdiFabric unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

It depends if we have a copy of your version in our archive. Therefore, we strongly advise you to back up your product immediately after downloading it.

Yes. Please see the license agreement for all terms. There are no per-copy royalty fees.
