X12 824 Application Advice

The EDI 824 transaction set is the electronic version of an Application Advice document, used to notify the sender of a previous transaction that the document has been accepted, or to report on errors. As a result, the 824 can report the disposition of the previously sent transaction as any of the following:

• Accepted
• Rejected
• Accepted with Changes
