NCPDP Examples

Hello, I am looking for examples of generating these D.O files,  B1 (Claim Billing), B2 (Claim Reversal), D1 (Predetermination of Benefits), and E1 (Eligibility Verification) transactions in NCPDP D.0 format. I have downloaded the EdiFabric.Examples project and was able to create a B1 file. Do you have examples of the rest? Also, any documentation on the object structure would be helpful. Thank you
